1. Target
99% monthly availability of the NTRIP caster (ntrip.bharatrtk.com:2101) and reference-data feed, measured per calendar month. Pilot median 30-day station uptime ~99.1%.
2. Credits

| Below 95.0% | 50% of monthly fee |
Credits apply to the affected login, claimed within 15 days via email hello@bharatrtk.com. Max one credit per month.
3. Exclusions (incl. ionosphere)
- Ionospheric scintillation / storms (esp. post-sunset 19:00–01:00, equinox season)
- Host-site power or internet loss, vandalism, force majeure
- Scheduled maintenance windows (announced on /status ≥48 h ahead)
- Rover, SIM, or controller issues on the user side
