Privacy Policy — DPDP Act 2023

1. Notice — what we collect

Account data (name, phone/WhatsApp, email), billing data (GSTIN if provided, invoices), NTRIP login logs (username, mountpoint, connect time, approximate rover region for support), and support messages. We do not publish host exact addresses — station locations are hex-rounded to the nearest town.

2. Purpose & consent

Data is used only to provide corrections, bill (incl. 18% GST invoicing), give support, and monitor network health. Marketing messages need separate opt-in consent, withdrawable anytime via email hello@bharatrtk.com.

3. Safeguards

TLS for web/caster management, hashed credentials, least-privilege staff access, and audit logs. Rover position streams are transient correction traffic — not stored as survey history.

4. Breach notification

In case of a personal-data breach we notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act 2023 and its rules.

5. Your rights & grievance officer

Access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal: write to hello@bharatrtk.com (response within 30 days). Escalation: Data Protection Board of India.

6. Retention

Active account data retained while subscribed + 24 months for tax/audit (GST invoices 8 years per law). Connection logs 90 days. Support chats 12 months. Deleted on verified request unless law requires retention.
