Host Agreement (summary)
Full 36-month agreement signed before install · Last updated Sep 2026
1. Term — 36 months
Initial term 36 months from go-live, auto-renewing yearly after that. Early exit triggers HaaS hardware return (see §6).
2. Host obligations — power, net, sky
Clear sky view (no new obstructions without notice), continuous power + broadband (6 h battery backup supplied), safe mast/roof access for maintenance within 7 days of request. Uptime below 95% for 2 consecutive months due to host-side causes may pause payouts.
3. Payout formula (variable, non-guaranteed)
uptime_factor scales 0–1 from measured station availability; load_factor reflects paying subscriber sessions routed via your cell. Payouts are variable and not guaranteed — a station in a quiet cell earns the base only. Illustrative figures shared before signing; the signed schedule prevails.
4. Data ownership
Raw and corrected GNSS data from the station belongs to the network for distribution. Host exact address is never published — public listings show hex-rounded nearest-town coordinates only.
5. Termination
Either side: 90-day notice. Immediate termination for tampering, relocation without approval, or power/net neglect after two written notices.
6. HaaS return
Subsidised (HaaS) hardware remains network property until month 36. On early exit, return the receiver + antenna + enclosure in working condition within 15 days, or pay the depreciated balance per the signed schedule.
