Billing FAQ

Are prices really inclusive of GST?＋

Yes. Every offer price on this page is inclusive of 18% GST. We also show the ex-GST base and the struck MRP. You get a proper GST invoice for client billing and ITC.

Will I get a GST invoice?＋

Haan. GST invoice on email within 24 hours of payment, with GSTIN, HSN and ex-GST breakup. Institution and 10-device plans get consolidated monthly invoices on request.

What is the refund policy?＋

Day/Weekly plans: refund within 24 hours if you never got a FIX and our team confirms no coverage. Monthly/Annual: 7-day no-fix refund. Beyond that, access continues till the billing date but no cash refund — see /legal/refunds. Trial is free, so test first.

Can I upgrade mid-plan?＋

Anytime. Day → Weekly → Monthly → Annual, or 1-device → 3-device. We adjust the unused balance pro-rata on WhatsApp and issue a revised GST invoice. Downgrades apply from the next cycle.

How do I cancel?＋

One message on WhatsApp or dashboard → Cancel. Monthly/Weekly stop at the cycle end, Annual stays till year-end. No retention calls, no dark patterns. One subscription = one device in concurrent use.
