About
A surveyor-owned network, born in Mohali
Founder story
BharatRTK started in Mohali, Punjab — not in a boardroom, but on site, watching a two-person survey crew burn half a day setting up a base station for a 2-hour topo job. The receiver cost lakhs. The government CORS subscription cost ₹70,800/year. The private alternative barely answered the phone.
The philosophy since day one is surveyor-owned: prices a freelancer can pay from one job (₹999/month incl. GST), email support that answers in the field, honest accuracy statements (typical 1–3 cm H / 2–5 cm V fixed, clear sky, within 30 km — degrading with distance and post-sunset scintillation), and control checks before anyone trusts a fix.
Pilot today: 45 stations (Punjab 20 · Haryana 15 · Delhi-NCR 5 · Rajasthan-adjacent 5) of 202 planned at 50 km spacing, median uptime ~99.1%, datum ITRF2020@2026.0, caster ntrip.bharatrtk.com:2101.
