1. 14-day trial

Monthly and Annual plans start with a free 14-day trial (one login, full network). Cancel during trial = no charge. Day Pass (₹299) is itself the paid trial path.

2. Pro-rata annual refunds

Cancel Annual mid-year → refund of unused full months minus 10% processing, to source account within 7 working days. Multi-device plans pro-rated the same way.

3. Day Pass non-refundable after activation

Day Pass credentials activate instantly and cannot be revoked per-user — hence non-refundable once the login is issued, even if unused. If the network itself is down for your whole day (per /status log), we reissue the day free.

4. How to claim

Email hello@bharatrtk.com with NTRIP username + invoice number. Monthly cancellations stop future billing; current month is not refunded after day 14.
