Host agreement — plain summary
- 36-month host term on the subsidised hardware; if you leave early, the subsidyclaw-back in the agreement applies.
- Monthly host pool H = 20% of net ex-GST subscription revenue after gateway fees and refunds.
- Your station share = H × (Q × U × D) / Σ(all stations). Q is quality 0–1, U is uptime factor, D is subscriber-hours near you (floor 0.15).
- Floor of ₹150/month applies only if U ≥ 0.97 and Q ≥ 0.8. Otherwise the formula amount stands.
- Cap of 3% of the pool per station, so one roof cannot take the whole pool.
- Payouts quarterly via NEFT/IMPS. ₹500 minimum — smaller balances roll forward to the next quarter.
- Power + internet (~₹350–450/month) is on you. Free corrections for up to 3 of your own devices (₹8,999/yr value) are included.
- You keep ownership of the roof; we get safe access for install and rare service visits with prior notice.
