⚠ Liability cap — read first

BharatRTK sells corrections data only. The surveyor must check into known control before and after every job. Total liability for any claim is capped at 12 months of fees paid for the affected login. We are never liable for re-survey costs, project delays, or consequential losses.

1. Service

NTRIP RTK/DGPS corrections via caster ntrip.bharatrtk.com:2101, geodetic reference ITRF2020@2026.0, RTCM 3.x. Pilot network: 45 stations (Punjab 20 / Haryana 15 / Delhi-NCR 5 / Rajasthan-adjacent 5) of 202 planned at 50 km spacing. Typical accuracy 1–3 cm H / 2–5 cm V (fixed, clear sky, within 30 km, quiet ionosphere); degrades with distance and post-sunset 19:00–01:00 equinox scintillation.

2. Surveyor responsibility

You are the surveyor of record. You must check into known control in the project/cadastral datum (our datum is geodetic reference only — cadastral validity follows your state's spec), use appropriate occupation times, and re-observe critical points in daylight when ionospheric advisories apply (see /status).

3. Accounts & fair use

One login = one concurrent rover unless your plan allows more. Credential sharing that causes session kicks is a fair-use violation; we may throttle or suspend after warning. Support via email hello@bharatrtk.com, 8:00–20:00 IST.

4. Fees, GST, refunds

All prices include 18% GST with invoice split. Billing and refunds follow /legal/refunds (14-day trial, pro-rata annual, day-pass non-refundable after activation).

5. SLA

99% monthly caster-availability target with service credits per /legal/sla. Ionospheric disturbance, host power/internet loss, and scheduled maintenance windows are excluded.

6. Termination

Either side may cancel per plan terms. We may suspend for non-payment, abuse, or legal order. Host agreements (36-month) have separate return obligations — see /legal/host-agreement.

7. Governing law

Exclusive jurisdiction: Mohali, Punjab courts.
